5. Payment Terms and Conditions
5.1 Payment Structure
Material Supply Only:
- 100% advance payment required before material delivery
- Payment must be received before we order materials from suppliers
- Delivery timeline begins after payment confirmation
Services with Material Supply:
- 50% payment due after material delivery to site
- 50% final payment due upon completion of installation work
- Materials remain property of PT ABO Madalex Indonesia until full payment
Services Only (Installation/Consulting):
- 100% payment due upon completion of work
- Payment terms may be negotiated for large projects
- Additional costs for change orders must be approved in writing
5.2 Payment Methods and Terms
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur administrative charges
- All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise agreed
- Bank transfer is the preferred payment method
5.3 Taxes and Additional Costs
- All prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT/PPN) unless stated otherwise
- Customer is responsible for any permits, licenses, or regulatory fees
- Additional costs for site access, utilities, or special equipment will be quoted separately
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Installation Warranty
- Standard warranty period: 1 year from date of installation completion
- Warranty covers workmanship and proper installation according to specifications
- Warranty includes correction of installation defects at no additional cost
- Customer must provide reasonable access for warranty work
6.2 Extended Warranty
- Extended warranty beyond 1 year requires annual site inspection
- Annual inspection ensures continued compliance and optimal performance
- Extended warranty terms and costs will be specified in separate agreement
- Customer is responsible for maintaining clear access to installed systems
6.3 Equipment Warranty
- Equipment defects will be replaced at no cost during warranty period
- Equipment warranty is subject to manufacturer’s terms and conditions
- As authorized distributors, we facilitate warranty claims with manufacturers
- Warranty void if equipment is modified or improperly maintained
